Vegetable Cutlet


Ingredients
  • 3-4 mashed potatos
  • 1/2 cup cooked peas
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrot
  • 1/2 cup chopped beans
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1-2 chopped green chillies
  • 1 tbs chopped ginger
  • 1 tbs chopped garlic
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • oil to fry

Procedure
  • Cook all vegetables in steam.
  • Saute onion, ginger,garlic,chilliles, coriander powder,pepper,turmeric powder and garam masala in 1tsp oil.
  • Mix mashed potato,vegetables, sauted onion and salt to taste.
  • Make balls with the above mixture and flatten it with palm to get required shape.
  • Beat 1 egg.
  • Dip the cutlet in egg and then in bread crumbs and fry them.
