Carrot Raitha

Ingredients
  • 1 cup grated carrot.
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • salt to taste
  • 1 chopped green chilli
  • 1 tbs ghee.
  • 1/2 tsp mustard

Procedure
  • Splutter mustard in ghee.
  • Saute the grated carrot and chilli in the same.
  • Take it from the heat and mix it well with yogurt.
  • Add salt to taste.

This is a tasty raitha which my husband prepared for me:)
